Paytm Going to Launch Visa Powered Credit Card with HDFC

Paytm launching co-branded visa Credit Card partnered ship with HDFC bank. HDFC Bank and Paytm said on Monday that they would introduce a line of credit cards powered by global card network Visa in October.

Paytm Credit Card comes with lots of discounts & rewards points. Previously Paytm launched Paytm Postpaid which was popular. Paytm Postpaid credit limit also increased.

HDFC Bank and Paytm will launch business credit cards as part of the collaboration, which will provide a bunch of new benefits for merchant partners in India’s smaller cities and villages, including faster access to credit and instant, online approval.

Customers simply apply digitally and without paper, and then finish the onboarding process completely using the Paytm app.

According to HDFC Bank’s group chairman, Parag Rao, the bank believes India’s development narrative is strong, and this collaboration is an attempt on its behalf to facilitate shopping, particularly during the festive season, which will help the country’s economic growth.
